Joseph Douillette is a video artist and educator who has worked in the Boston area since 1993. As a teacher and youth worker he has directed various youth media art programs, including the Teen Media Program and the Do It Your Damn Self!! Youth Video Festival at the Community Art Center, and the Video Program at the Creative Arts at Park Summer program. Joe has directed the Fast Forward Teen Video Program at the ICA since 2003. When the ICA moved to its new location, Joe was responsible for designing, implementing and managing the Paul and Phyllis Fireman Family Digital Studio, a room that makes many jaws drop, including those of the teens who participate in the program.
