Gerald Lucey is a filmmaker and screenwriter with roots in South Boston, although he now lives in Winchester. His experiences with film include attending a two week long Documentary workshop at Boston University, a five week long studio film course at Emerson College, and helping out his local cable access network. He enjoys every aspect of film, and has dabbled in physical film editing and experimental film. Gerald produced the documentary, "I Don't Know: A Social Exploration of Islam," which was screened at the Cineyouth film festival in Chicago and the Do It Your Damn Self film festival in Cambridge. Gerald talks through the films he produces first, and through his mouth second. When not making films that shed light on issues he finds important, or exploring alternative types of film styles, he enjoys eating Stop & Shop rotisserie chickens.
