Teen Arts Council

Teen Arts Council (TAC) is a group of paid teens from the Boston area that serve other teens. In TAC, our work focuses on addressing social issues and introducing teens to the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) and art in general. We feel that art is a form of expression as well as a tool for activism.

We organize events throughout the year to connect with teens. This includes our seasonal Teen Night-- where we organize a night of art-making and youth performances. We also organize The Current which focuses on socio-political issues that affect teens in Boston.

TAC members are paid $18/hour and meet Thursdays from 4-7 PM.
