the treatment for my film

this film will be a comedy about a person who gets haunted.
In the beginning, he is living a normal life, but then some strange things begin to happen. At first, the strange things that happen are not that bad. He might hear sounds from another room or he might find that objects have been moved. As the movie progresses, the things that happen become more serious and it is apparent that they are caused by a ghost of some sort. I have yet to think of an ending for this movie.

A teenage boy
In the beginning, he is in his kitchen and notices that there is no more pistachio ice cream left. He is the only one in his house who likes that type of ice cream, so it is very odd that there would be none left. He also finds it strange that whoever ate the last of it decided not to throw away that carton. His mom enters and says she is going out for the night, etc. He goes to the fridge to get some left over pasta, but when he opens the container that the pasta is in, he sees that it is filled with pistachios and he is kind of freaked out. He goes up to his room and starts playing games when the power goes out. he gets up to find a flashlight, but then the power turns on and he sees that his room is messed up. He looks at the television and there is a pistachio on the screen. This deeply scares him and he yells "who's there?" He calls his friend to come over his house. He tells his friend to wait downstairs while he cleans up his room. When he comes back down his friend is dead and there is a note written in melted pistachio ice cream. The note says "you're next." He tries to run out of the house, but the door will not open no matter how hard he tries. He tries the phone but the line dies right as he puts it to his ear. He looks up the stairs and the lights go out on all of the floors starting from the fourth floor then going down until the first floor lights go out. He hears noises and it sounds like someone is approaching him. He decides to run into the basement. the power still works down there for some reason and he barricades himself in the corner. As he is hiding in the basement, finds a box labeled "stuff from the previous owner of the house." In it he finds a very old pistachio ice cream carton. "Why are you doing this," he yells. He hears a voice say "because im bad to the bone." Then the boy decides to try the back door of his house. He opens the door and his mouth is agape. The camera turns to show that the back door is leading into the kitchen of his house. He starts running and the world around him starts to morph into an alternate dimension. A giant pistachio ice cream carton approaches him and the boys says "im not afraid of you!" as he takes out a spoon. Then it cuts to a new scene where his mom walks in the door and asks how everything went. The boy says "it went pretty good; nothing out of the ordinary." Then his mom walks upstairs and you hear her scream. The boy runs upstairs to see that he forgot all about his dead friend. "You've got some explaining to do, mister" she says. The camera zooms in on the boy's face and a comic relief jingle plays
