Teen Arts Council 2011

Group description:
Organize events that open the doors to Boston’s youth.

(Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2010-2011 school year. The Teen Arts Council will be accepting applications again beginning in the fall of 2011.)

The ICA is looking for the new generation of teenagers eager to work with museum staff, famous artists, and their peers for a year packed with amazing opportunities. As a member of the Teen Arts Council, you get a chance to organize and promote events and programs that open the doors to Boston’s youth. Whether you are an artist yourself, or you support contemporary art and want to do your part in a museum setting, the Teen Arts Council wants your voice heard. The TAC is a year-long commitment that meets once a week during the school year, and each member is paid a stipend.

Once an application is submitted, someone from the Teen Arts Council will be in touch to discuss your participation and possibly set up an interview.
