Suspicion is a short film based on the dangers of the webcam. A young boy accidentally leaves his webcam on and is being watched. He noticed that it's his neighbor. When someone is watching you...WATCH THEM BACK.

This sounds really cool and disturbing. There actually was (is?) this website that a girl started years ago where she would just leave her webcam on 24/7 in her bedroom and you would just see her sitting there or doing her homework or sleeping. I tried looking for it to show you but I think it doesn't exist anymore. It was certainly very fascinating, though. Keep working with this idea!

Webcam's offering us a view into worlds formally unseen is a great premise. Whether it is a voluntary or subversive loss of privacy, it is intriguing to an audience. Who is the boy, why do we care? What is he doing? Why does the person watching want to watch? And how can you develop all of this without resorting to Hollywood melodrama.
