The idea i have for my audio is the "Malvin Romero Untitled Project". It's based on an experience i had less than a year ago. I was with my brother and the door broke open. After (i don't want to get well into details), the police had us at gunpoint. No more details will be enclosed.

You need to get into the
You need to get into the details. List all of the sounds that you associate with this event. Will this be from your perspective? from the cops perspective, or will be it be more generic?
Will it be a recreation, like the Veteran's piece, or will we hear you telling the story with some sounds to further emphasize the emotions?
You will have to consider how you want to portray the cops in this.

I agree, how will you show
I agree, how will you show the story if there are no details other than a vague synopsis? You need to show details through sound. The idea is great, but make an out line and think of what the necessary sounds will be.

What will this sound like?
What will this sound like? Like Anna/Joe, I feel like you need to go into the details and provide us with an outline and also a list of sounds that will be in your piece. Will it be about the aftermath and how you/your brother felt about the experience? A recreation with sound effects? An interview with the police who were involved? What do you want people to get from listening to your piece?
