The major issue, as Joe has said, is the sound in the hallway scene. I think you're on top of that - getting Robbie/Spencer to re-record - but during the critique it was also suggested to add in hospital sounds. You can probably find some online.
Other nitpicky edits:
Add some audio transitions in between cuts so it's a smoother transition.
The scene where Robbie says he used to be depressed should be cut tighter (trim off a bit at the end before moving to the next shot).
