Sounds super cool.
It also sounds like a bunch of different ideas...
Once we go over different mics, see if that stirs up some ideas on how you would pull one of these off, or at least elaborate on an idea.

I have decided that my piece is going to be what happened during the "crime" of the "Hanging Fire" by Cornella Parker. It is going to be a man burning to death, but not the actual sounds of a man burning to death, the sounds of how it would feel, so say the fire were on his chest burning his flesh you would hear a deep Bass.

OKAY! I changed up my idea. What my project is going to be is... What happened before the fire. There will be two thugs talking about what they are going to do with "The Guy" and they are going to discuss their different ideas. Also people will walk by and the two goons will say "hello" and other things to try and sound friendly, then go back to discussing their evil deeds. there will be cars going by and the trunk of their car opening and closing. the "guy" resisting and in the end a match being lit.

Sounds like a great idea. I think you're the only one that is touching on what happened before the event. I like the idea a lot, it sounds like there are a lot of cool editing possibilities with levels and pans, and it's not an impossible idea!
Since I don't think you're going to do it, I"m going to do it...
You need to capture:
Conversation between 2 hoodlums
street sounds
resistant sounds
match being lit
footsteps
*** if you wanted to make a list where you got more specific I would be the happiest girl in the world!
