Film Idea

It's at night and a man goes food shopping. He does so with melancholy and dislikes almost everyone he sees. At the supermarket, he only buys dry and canned foods.

Cut to him entering his house. He walks upstairs and goes into the bathroom. He turns the light on but the light sparks and becomes dim. It doesn't bother him. In his bathroom, there are no ordinary bathroom-ware but only a pencil and an endless supply of paper in the large cabinet that is under and apart of the sink. He locks the bathroom with a key and flushes the key down the toilet.

He sets the food aside, takes the pencil, a sheet of paper, and begins to write. He writes under the window of his bathroom, opposing the door. His writings begin to pile up in the bathtub of his bathroom. We see brief glimpses of what he is writing.

Sometime around here, he takes a bite of food and a rock hits his window as a result - the rock does not pierce the glass. He continues to eat during other times and a system is shown - whenever he eats, a rock bounces of the window. His facial hair grows.

By now his writings have completely filled up his bathtub, piling up and above the bathtub's sides. His pencil has also shrunk to almost nothing. A thought comes to him and the pace of his writing picks up. His writing stops when the only thing left of his pencil is the metal eraser holder. A rock hits the window and breaks in. He is content and then looks in his shopping bag and finds out that there is no more food left. Rocks start to pour into the bathroom.

The man stands up and the rocks continue to pour in. The man tries to withstand the rocks but eventually falls. His body lies on the bathroom floor, rocks continue to pour in.

Cut to later and we see a a bathroom dominated by a mountain of rocks, to the side we see the bathtub of the man's writing, inferior to the mountain of rocks.
