In this 8 week after-school program teens learn the basics of vinyl DJing and digital DJing.
In this 8 week after-school program, teens learn the basics of vinyl DJing and digital DJing, then record their own mixes and produce their own beats using GarageBand, Serato, and more!
This course will cover how to use a mixer, secrets to beatmatching, scratching, a crash-course in dj history, and an opportunity to spin at the ICA.
Open to high school students ages 14-18; no prior experience necessary.
Workshop Fee
BPS Students - Free (Required lab fee: $10)
ICA Members - $200
General Public - $250
