Digital Photography - Beginner
Using digital SLR cameras learn advanced camera techniques and how to process RAW image files for manipulating and editing in Photoshop. As a class, look at and discuss the work currently on view—and shoot outdoors (weather permitting) around the ICA waterfront. Each student will create and print several images. No experience with digital SLR cameras is required. No equipment is necessary; however, students with DSLR cameras are encouraged to bring them.

Boston Public School Student Scholarships
A limited number of full scholarships are available for Boston Public School students for all ICA Teen New Media workshops. To apply for one of the scholarships, fill out the workshop application and be sure to check YES for the question "Are you a Boston Public School Student?". To receive the scholarship you will need to make an appointment to meet with the Teen New Media Program manager prior to the beginning of the workshop.
