Digital Photography

Using digital SLR cameras learn advanced camera techniques and how to process RAW image files for manipulating and editing in Photoshop. As a class, look at and discuss the work of Leslie Hewitt—whose work is currently on view—and shoot outdoors (weather permitting) around the ICA waterfront. Each student will create and print a portfolio of images. No experience with digital SLR cameras is required. No equipment is necessary; however, students with DSLR cameras are encouraged to bring them.
